Mercure Nerocubo Rovereto, Rovereto (Trentino Alto Adige)

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was super clean and convenient, with a good bed, but the nearby motorway made it a bit noisy at times. The service was exceptional, very kind, and professional, although they missed exchanging the empty toilet paper roll. The location was good for us, with a spectacular view of the mountains even though it was bordered by a busy road. The dining experience was tasty with various options, but the shower had low water pressure, not really matching the hotel's quality.

Due to serious family issues, I had to cancel my booking, but the hotel was accommodating and oriented me to the other side of the building. My room overlooked the railway but was surprisingly clean and comfortable. The staff's service was a mix of incompetence and excellence; however, they redeemed themselves by cooking me an excellent Entrecote steak just the way I like it. The hotel's location, close to the highway, suited my purpose perfectly. The dining experience, while not up to the claim of a 4-star hotel, was decent. Overall, a good stay with some ups and downs.
